For the part time athlete who is serious about getting fit but feels they don’t have the know-how. This in-person fitness program is a great sustainable alternative to quick fix weight loss drugs. Over eight weeks you will learn the most effective tools to achieve the body you want in the least amount of time as this includes not only exercise, but also grocery shopping trips and in-home cooking lessons. As a bonus, you will receive a free one-hour health assessment.

This is the highest level of attention offered. Private in-person yoga classes and/or workouts, runs, bicycle rides, nutrition plans, and phone access to Dean for training or guidance are provided at this level. As a bonus, you will receive a free one-hour health assessment.

Do you want to do something you’ve always dreamed of, run a 5K race, a half marathon or complete a triathlon? Training and logistics advice will be provided based on Dean’s personal experience of these events. Private in-person yoga classes, workouts, runs, bicycle rides and phone access to Dean for training or nutritional guidance are provided at this level. Grocery shopping field trips and in-home cooking lessons are also available at this level.
